Free to learn

At the heart of the practice are three fundamental principles: Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. Falun Gong practitioners strive to embody these principles in their daily lives.

Thanks for visiting!

Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa) is an ancient Chinese form of Qigong, or cultivation practice of mind and body, involving exercises and meditation.

At the heart of the practice are three fundamental principles: Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. Falun Gong practitioners strive to embody these principles in their daily lives.

By combining the principles with calming exercises, practitioners experience rapid improvements in their health, reduced stress and a true feeling of inner peace.

Falun Gong is free to learn, non-political, non-religious, has no hierarchy, no rituals, nor worship and is taught by volunteers. All Falun Gong materials, including books and exercise instructions are available for free download on www.falundafa.org
